Macon–Middle Georgia Black Pages Marks 35 Years — Final Print Issue + Digital Expansion

By April 22, 2026No Comments

After 35 years of continuous publication, the Macon–Middle Georgia Black Pages has announced its 2026–2027 Commemorative Edition — the final print issue before transitioning fully to digital in 2027. Advertising placements close May 21, and a publication celebration event is scheduled for mid-June to officially unveil the historic final edition.

Since its founding, the Black Pages has served as a consistent economic connector across Central Georgia, helping residents identify and support minority-owned businesses while providing entrepreneurs with sustained visibility and access to customers. Over three decades, it has become a recognizable regional resource spanning Bibb and surrounding counties.

This milestone represents both the closing of a 35-year print chapter and a forward-looking digital expansion designed to increase accessibility, search visibility, and real-time business engagement.

The commemorative collector’s edition will also feature a “35 Years of Impact Tribute Wall,” inviting community members to publicly recognize the publication’s legacy and its role in advancing economic empowerment in the region.
